This hijacks any e.g. google search in internet explorer and redirects you to "outrate" which, I understand, can get you into even bigger trouble. I have tried various ways to find and eliminate this - a Norton scan failed to do so, as did others. In fact, it seems that Norton hasn't even heard of it. What to do? Google Chrome still works.
