Oventeounic malware

Hi, has anyone had issues with Oventeounic popping up messages saying that Norton or McAfee has detected a virus? Its all bogus and can be sorted by resetting browser to default settings. Does anyone know why Norton does not detect it?

Did you recently allow push notifications?
