I keep getting the above message and for so many dollars Norton will fix. This has been going on for a couple of years. I decline the offer and ask not to be reminded but that doesn’t seem to work.
Imagine my surprise when I started my new out of the box from Dell laptop and loaded Norton 360. Unbelievable that Dell shipped a new laptop with over a 1,000 issues slowing it down. So disappointed with Norton.
Fair chance Dell have got it right - Norton trying to sell something that you don’t need, Dell & Microsoft can be truste more than Norton, most of Norton ‘gimmicks’ replicate Dell & MS processes which are 100% more reliable.You don’t see Dell/MS interferring with Norton. Assuming the latest version 25 is the same as old version, every update ignores your previous ‘Don’t ASk Again’ settings & tries to get us to pay for something we already have from Dell & MS.
