Issue abstract: unable to setup email protocol

Detailed description: Moved from kapersky to norton on new computer… big mistake. Tried to set up emails but failed. Problem with Norton certificate SSL .ChatGPT convinced me to install certificate and tha allowed email client to install. SLL INWARD and OUTWARD
