Hi,
Somebody told me that Norton Products are not "Entirely Off The System(HDD)" if you "Don't Over Write the HDD before you reinstall your OS and the Norton Product.
What "Entire Off The System", means "There Will Still Be Undeleted Files" left on the HDD.
