I'm trying to verify ownership of the site locallife.co.uk, I copied the file nortonsw_7790e600-7ac0-0.html into the root folder but got the error message 'Web site ownership verification failed.' so then tried the meta tag option and got the same error message again, I'm pretty sure I followed the steps correctly for both methods (it's not exactly complicated). Any ideas?
