I have a computer that is infected with packed.generic.275 I am using the Corp.. Antivirus Edition and the Defs are all up to date. I had followed the clean instructions in the support area and it did not work. It seems to have attached itself to a file called urb.bak and I have tried to delete all temp files etc. and I can't even find this file on my system. Has anyone had experience with this virus/Trojan??
