Page Fault in Nonpaged Area blue screen error message when running NAV 2009 Full System Scan...Help!

Hello all,

 

I need some help.  Just yesterday, our Dell Inspiron Notebook I6000, which is running Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 3, started having problems when running the Full System Scan in NAV 2009.  After about 15 minutes of the scan, the computer indicates a problem and goes to the dreaded blue screen with the following message:

 

Page_Fault_in_Nonpaged_Area

 

and identifies Stop: 0X00000050 (0XFEDF0F78, 0X00000001, 0X80522B9E, 0X00000000)

 

We've had the software for a few months now and never any problem of this magnitude.  Does anyone know how to fix this problem?  Otherwise, we're having no problems with the computer, it's just when this type of scan is run.  By the way, the quick scan option works fine.  Many thanks all.
