I just got a message that my subscription expired, but I didn't even purchase this computer until 11/9/10 and it came with 60 days of Norton Free. I have the email from 1/9/11 telling me that that was the last day of free coverage. I purchased one yearcoverage on 1/10/11 and have all emails and confirmation numbers and product codes that have anything to do with this.
This should be easy right?
