Paid for sub but not had key & support down

Paid for sub had order number but no key sent.. looked in junk etc.. tried support ‘button’ and get message as below

Service Unavailable - Zero size object

The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.

any suggestions?

@Blue5 Please edit and remove the reference number in your opening post, others could possibly use that to gain unauthorized access to your Norton account.

Have you created a Norton account and downloaded your Norton product from there?

Download and install your Norton device security ?

Where did you purchase your new subscription? Directly from Norton or from another retailer?

Direct from Norton site. Payment went thru, had order # but no key

From here I will assume. Do you have an e-mail with your purchase order and other information to verify? Your product key should be in that message.
