Paid User Says Trial Expired

Im a long time user and I renewed to NIS 2010 back 12/09. Its ONLY on two computers, The exact same two systems I did back in 12/09. Today my norton says trial expired and I cant activate cause I have done it too many times. Now some time back (like 2 months ago) there was a issue ( i cant remember it now) and we got told to uninstall and reinstall but it was reactivated. So now what is going on I still have like 7 months left on my subscription so what is going on?

Customer Services should be able to sort this out. Please call them or chat to them. Meanwhile, please check your mynorton account and see what periods are shown as unexpired and how many PC's it is considered installed upon

HI Mattjva73,

Please click on Help & Support > Subscription status. This will communicate with the Symantec server and may resolve your issue.

If the problem is still present (actually in either case) please log on to your Norton Account and see how many activations it shows as remaining.

If the problem is still not resolved, you can visit Customer Service and they will resolve this for you.

Hope this helps.

Allen
