Hi, my Android’s child device (Android 11) has been working correctly but now without any changes appearing as she is not using (usage time is 0 min) but she has been using some hours.
I’ve checked and all permissions are ok in her device, then I don’t now what has happened and how solve it.
In other Android device of my other child after installed it only the first time worked, but the follow day without changes stopped registering time and hours limit is also not working fore none of the 2 devices.
Please indicate to me how solve it

From our backend analysis, we see that, usage data is getting posted for one device.
For the other device, could you please check if Norton Family application is running and excluded from any battery optimisations settings?
