I recently purchased Norton Security Premium in Canada to be able to monitor kids use. The packaging clearly says it includes parental controls for PC/Macs/mobile. There is no indication on the package I purchased that the software for Iphone parental control is not available in Canada. The Norton chat discussion told me its only for Android use in Canada and the features I needed for the Iphone are only available in the US. I think the packaging is misleading and should be corrected as I feel the product has been misrepresented to me, the customer. I feel disappointed in my purchase as I intended this to be for computer antivirus as well as Parental Control. I feel the product packaging misrepresents the actual product I intended to purchase.
