THIS IS my second post to you. i went in on my computer and hit manage renewal and canceled all the renewals i could for each one. the extras didnt have that..the screen protection and something else CLOUD BACK up i think. i went bk in and its dissabled. which is good. my subscription is over AND DONE WITH '''' APRIL 30TH.'''' yet i was charged as i stated earlier for NORTON UTILITIES ULTIMATE...$75.76. I DIDNT want this anyway. i had thought that it was part of my norton 360 windows with lifelock. i kept getting ads for it like i hadnt downloaded it yet and so i did do that but had no idea i would be charged. so, i did send messages regarding this and wanted it taken off...i got some kind of email back that didnt make any sense to me. then the next thing i know im being billed again before the ending date. i do want a refund please on that...I WILL NOT as i see it deal with norton again because of what JUST HAPPENED. its one thing that the PRICES ARE TOO HIGH, but its another when I AM TRICKED INTO DOWNLOADING MORE FEATURES I THOUGHT I ALREADY HAD AND THEN BE BILLED FOR IT. i put this out on NEXTDOOR.COM and there were several people that said the SAME THING. that for some reason NORTON is doing this to them and others. so, my husband has norton on his computer as part of my purchase...we have only two computers using it. our main computer went dead. so, on MY HUSBANDS COMPUTER...what do i need to do....please tell me what i need to do or if what i did becacuse im in charge of getting antivirus and i bought the NORTON...do i need to do anything on his computer except REMOVE NORTON FROM IT... ALSO ABOUT A FEW DAYS BEFORE MY TIME EXPIRES....I WILL CALL YOU ON HOW TO REMOVE NORTON FROM BOTH OUR LAPTOPS. I WANT TO DO THIS RIGHT. this is sad....because i have used NORTON OFF AND ON in the past...one more thing...i also think that...it norton that is was messing with my computer...i couldnt do anything because of NORTON and i cant go into any of my other browsers....sometimes i like to use other browsers...but NORTON WOULDNT LET ME...that is so odd...IT ACTUALLY MADE ME USE NORTON BROWSER AS MY MAIN BROWSER AND WONT ALLOW ME TO DO THINGS USING MY MSN OR GOOGLE OR FIREFOX...you need to work on that..I WILL BE AWAITING YOUR REPLY...
