Partition Magic Error Code 1552

I'm trying to resize my C and D drives from 14gb and 171GB to 20GB and 165GB.  I keep getting "Error Code 1552" after the reboot.

 

Any suggestions / hints / insignts / ideas would be greatly apprciated.
