I had not used the program in some time and have mislaid my CD. I had it on the hard drive and ran it from there. It seemed to work until it rebooted, but then gave an error message "xmnt2002 not found" and nothing was done. I had a patch ENPM802_H1.ZIP on the hard drive which contains the missing file, but when I tried to run it, it asked for a password. The install code, from the CD, which I have, would not work. I guess I need to order a replacement CD, or download a file to re-install it, but can't seem to find any way to contact anyone at Norton. Has tech support moved to Berserkistan with an unlisted number?
