Hi my father in law had a few viruses which shut off liveupdate.
I ran a manual download of viruses and applied them while in Safemode and it found 4 viruses and a few other things wrong.
Though those have been cleaned up, I still am having a Liveupdate issue stating
check for updates---completed
download updates----skipped
process updates---skipped
In addition to that problem I also am unable to get his "help and support" to work, he has NIS2008 I think any help would be appreciated.
Only thing I can think of is a complete uninstall / removal?
