Password App Not Responding Under Android 16

Issue abstract: Norton Password is intermittent/slow/not responding on Android 16

Detailed description: App under Android 16 started throwing App is not responding - Close/Wait popups. I have cleared cache and rebooted phone, no change.

What is the error message you are seeing?

Upon authenticating, the app stalls and several App is not responding pop ups appear. Clicking on Wait each time generates more, but eventually I can get to the Vault. Errors persis throughout app use.

vault access okay…my side

Caveat: Norton Password Manager is not my daily rider

Yes I have rebooted phone several times.

Yes I am on 8.8.6 currently - it’s behaving as above.

I’m loathe to reinstall since I lost access to my Vault the last time I did this.

Hmm…lets ask @peterweb

You should not lose access to your password vault with a reinstall. When you reinstall, you will just have to sign into your Norton Account and then your vault again. All vault contents are stored on Norton servers so you should lose nothing.
