I have identity safe on My desktop (Windows 7) and in my iPad and it works fine, but when I try to access it from my Galaxy III phone running Android, I get an "Incorrect passowrd" response. I tried the suggestion made of trying to log in on the web site to "force the cloud to sync" but it doesn't help. I have spent so much time on this, it is shameful there is no solution. I keep finding people posting about it yet no help that works. Shameful!
