When I select 'login' from my vault on my Android phone the browser opens but the website doesn't open, it just stays at a blank screen. It always used to work but has developed this problem in the last few weeks.
Ok I updated password manager & rebooted
And it worked! Great about time…I’m not going to tick off “problem solved” until I use it successfully a few times…
The latest update does indeed seem to have fixed the issue. Hooray!

We have fixed the issue in latest version. Please update the Norton Password Manager app to 6.5.1.2120 from Google Play.
I gave up on the Samsung A50 and Norton Password Manager. I returned the phone and now have an iPhone XR. I have Password Manager and Norton Security installed. I'm not sure what app is managing sign ins, but I now have no problems accessing any of my accounts so I really don't care. Norton may not know how to resolve this problem.

Are all the problem devices ‘Samsung’? Mine is a Galaxy 7 edge. Many of the problems reported seem to be associated with various Samsung devices. Are other devices showing the same problem?
Norton still has done NOTHING
I have been using password manager on my Samsung tablet S2 9.7 for quite a while now to login and pay my bills. Today the built-in browser failed to launch and open any websites in the password shortcuts. The browser window opens and the little blue bar showing status goes 3/4 the way across and then freezes. Browser screen stays blank. Same thing happens on all of my passwords now. Any built in links for help, etc do the same. I had to get on Chrome to be able to log in here. Password vault does seem to work to fill in login info if I Google the website so Chrome seems to work, just not the built in browser. It is apparent that some recent update or change has broken the built in browser. I see that several others in the Norton community forum have the same problem. I need this fixed immediately!

I have not found this to be the case. It doesn't matter how many times I choose login, it just hangs.
Is a solution expected any time soon, or has my recent renewal of Norton been a big waste of money? Even a "we acknowledge there is a problem and we're working to fix it" would be, at the very least polite?
I find that sites often open after choosing ‘login’ from the vault about 5 times! Strange but true!
I also have the same issue. Using a Samsung Galaxy S8+ (Model # SM-G955U) with Android Version 9. Previously until a few weeks ago I was able to use the App without incident on most websites. Now when I login to "Norton Password Manager"> open Vault> select any websites login and a white screen opens and does not progress. If I enter a normal website address into the address bar (MSN.com, etc.) it connects normally. My wife uses an iPhone and that App works normally, it also works normally on the PC. I have removed and reinstalled the App without any change. I chatted with 3 different teams and not only do they not know how to fix it they "pretend" to have no idea that this is a known issue. @Symantec Employee is there an update or pending fix for this?

I have same issue with Samsung Galaxy S8. First noticed it with Microsoft OWA stats.govt.nz site, then realized all my other sites had same problem.

Albertson (Food Store) Hit login 3 times. First two tries hung. 3rd Fields Filled
American Express: Loaded on 3rd try. Fields don't fill
Barclays Hung first try. Loaded 2nd try. Fields don't fill
Credit Union West: Won't load at all. (Starts then blank screen)
AARP: Loads doesn't fill
Chase Bank: Loads, but when sign in is tapped it hangs and won't bring up sign in screen.
Norton: Loaded on 2nd try, but fields don't fill. Ironic :-))
Costco: Loaded 2nd try and fields filled.
APS: Loaded 2nd try and fields filled.
Fry's Food: Loaded 1st try and field fill.
