Password manager does not work on my mobile

Password manager does not open the applications on my mobile although the vault is synchronized. My phone is one+ 3 with android v8

Only supported applications use the Norton Password Manager app. See my reply to the same question here.   https://community.norton.com/en/comment/8123621#comment-8123621
