Password manager fails in norton private browser

Issue abstract:I have been using norton private browser for a year, but recently I had to change my norton password (not the password manager password, but norton login password). After creating a new password I could not log into the password manager. All I got was a spinning circle. Anyone know how to fix this???

Try the following to fix the issue with Norton Password Manager:

  1. Log out and log back in to your Norton account in the Norton app or website.
  2. Clear cache in the Norton app or browser.
  3. Restart your device.
  4. Reinstall Norton to refresh the app and sync your account.
