It says my Device is Rooted, checked and it is not rooted.
Will not let me use my Password Manager

It sounds odd that Password Manager would warn of a security risk. This sounds more like a 360 Android message. Can you get a screenshot of the message and upload it here?

Yes it says that this device is no longer supported. To continue using our service on this device , we recommend that I contact my carrier or retailers service to have device restored. It claims that my device is rooted, i checked and its not.
