From your description you are seeing this on the My Norton interface for 360. I have seen where the Setup message on that interface does not seem to sync with the browser extensions that are installed and active.
As long as the browser extensions are working, you can ignore that Setup message.
I use Firefox but the extension it talking about is for Explorer I don’t have explorer on my puter… I have Edge and it has all the extensions loaded so I’m not sure why. It just showed up yesterday. I cannot access the password manager in the interface without it wanting to reload a new browser and when I click on it Norton’s tells me it’s not safe.
