Norton Password manager (NPM) sometimes hangs up on websites that I visit on my iOS Chrome web browser that I have an associated NPM user name and password stored. Randomly, when I visit a site, I see the “password for ****.com” box and username dialog generated by NPM. However, when I click on it, the NPM screen pops up with the spinning lock icon and it never proceeds. It just keeps spinning. Clicking on the “X” in the top left does nothing. Swiping does nothing. I either have to wait for the phone to go to sleep so it will wake up back to the original Chrome screen or I have to force shut down Chrome to get rid of the locked NPM screen. Instead of clicking on the “password for ***” dialog and, instead, click on the key symbol, NPM opens with the proper suggested login. However, clicking on the login does nothing. Again, I am stuck. This anomaly doesn’t happen every time with every site. However, it has become a huge annoyance. This seems to have started around the iOS 18 release.
Has anyone else noticed this?

This anomaly happens while using Safari as well. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled Norton with no improvement
