Password Manager Stopped working on Dell Laptop

Since the Norton 360 upgrade, password manager does not open on my laptop and it does not fill in passwords. My Dell is Windows 11. There are no error messages.
NPM icon at right top menu bar does not open and no password gets inserted. Is there a fix or am I just wasting my time looking for help? These have apparently affected many users. I do not see any responses. Does anybody read this stuff?

VPN is off?
you’ve restarted (not Shut down) machine?
Can you Sign In (upper right) [here] and access your credentials?
you’ve removed → cycle browser → reinstall Norton Password Manager?
you’ve cleared browser cookies n cache?
tried another browser?
tried another machine/mobile device?
you’ve signed out all Norton → restarted → call NPM from browser?
you’ve tried new default browser profile with only Norton Password Manager?
