Password Manager synchronization not working anymore

Ther is a bug in android norton now about it if that point is not on it dont work

Ich denke das Problem gibt es nur mit der Android Version 14. Auf meinem Tablet mit Android 11 funktioniert die Syncronisation einwandfrei.

Wird es denn ein Bugfix geben?

yes they are working on it now they got picture of it so they is working hard they got them about 3/4days the sync does work but not all the time and i dont think i only is on android 14 becurse it works just not all the time

Ok keeping my fingers crossed they find a solution for that. I really like the tool, but the immediate synchronization between devices is essential.

If that point is not on norton password manager is disable so it is a big error but they is working on it fast ass possible

ther is one more bug i soon hope you fix in the password manager that is
so you dont need to have the same password on you norton account and the password manager in windows 10 and windows 11 ass of now after 3 days you need to add new if they is not the same

I can confirm that Sync is indeed broken … Ill reread and try the notes workaround … But for a security application… This is very disappointing.

Edit : notes workaround seemed to work. But another bug has recently risen … Logging into PC manager with mobile confirmation is broken.

Hallo, ich habe es heute getestet mit Android 14. Die Syncronisation funktioniert wieder in beide Richtungen und das auch sehr schnell. Somit ist das Thema erledigt.

Just did a test on my mobile and cannot confirm that it is working. Still no immediate synchronisation.

Just saw a newly created secret is being synchronized, but not a change to an existing one.

Try to download norton clean and test all from norton is on when i did that i got it to work dont now if it is working but it did to mee

I had the same issue that you’re having with PM not auto-sync with the phone. What I did was to sign out of PM on the phone then signed back in, once I did that both the PC and the phone sync’d with all saved PW.

I gave it a try, both uninstall and reinstall it - doing so of course I had to login again.

The creation of a new login on my PC is being immediately synchronized to my mobile phone - this is working now.

Changing e.g. a password for an existing login on my PC is not being synchronized to my mobile phone. Only by using the “note workaround” the password change is being synched.

then you just has to wait to they has the fix ready they is working on it now it also only workt on windows 10 not windows 11 on my pc

It was not working a few seconds ago. I tried to reply here and had to create community login again. That caused a synchronization and bam it is in sync on android mobile!

However, I add another account via my PC and it does not cross to the android. Sync is TOO slow or not Working.

Yes somtimes you can get it to work somtimes not you just has to wait to the fix is comming
