Password Manager Won't Startup

I have been running Norton and Password Manager successfully for years on my Windows 11 PC under Chrome as recently as yesterday. When I powered up and started Chrome this morning, I clicked on the yellow Norton Password Manager icon on the upper right, got the 'Vault is Locked' dialog and clicked on that. A rotating circle showed on the screen and just stayed there - PW Manager never started! I also tried opening My Norton and clicked on Access Vault - no response. Thoughts?

Did you Sign Out all Norton and try again?

Did you remove & reinstall Norton Password Manager extension and try again?
