Password Manager

I sign in to the PM and request a OTP which arrives in my email inbox. Having successfully entered the OTP, I am then told that a OTP has been sent to me via SMS text to my mobile phone. As I use wifi calling, which is very unreliable in this old stone built house. Why was this changed from the previous version of PM where you only had to enter a password unrelated to your Norton sign-in password. What then happens is that Norton lock me out of my account for 24 hours which is a pain in the …!
