Password problem in Anti-Theft after upgrading from Norton Mobile Lite to Full version

I have a DroidX version 2.2.1

 

I had the beta version of Norton Mobile Security Lite working just fine.  Password worked on the Anti-Theft section just fine.

Today I got the notice that I had to upgrade.  I did.  I purchased the full version.   Now when I try and go into Anti-Theft, the password doesn't work.  It tells me to have my buddy send a text message to my cell, with their phone number on it.  Nothing happens.  It doesn't unlock either.  Should I uninstall and re-install?  It was purchased through Android Market.
