Password Protected Archives

Norton needs to be able to scan inside a password protected archive.

 

Right now, when scanning an infected password protected archive, it claims to have scanned it and no risks were detected; however that is misleading.

 

It should prompt for a password instead.

 

Kudos to Kaspersky; at least they warn the user that the archive is password protected.

Well then stop using NAV and start using KAV.

KAV isn’t perfect.

Tech you will never be happy. NAV isnt perfect. KAV isnt perfect. Avira isnt perfect. Tech the world we live in isnt perfect so learn to deal with it.

Improvement would be nice appreciated.
