I'm guessing here but if this is a corporate version you may need to go to the Enterprise forums that support them. I think you can get there through the Symantec website perhaps if you click on Business up top here.

The password might be the default one still, which is no password. Which version of the product is it? This might be better suited for our Enterprise Product forums:
