I have Norton installed on my desktop which isn't accessible at the moment so I'm using my laptop which does not have Norton installed.
I tried to log into my account but Norton says my username/pwd are incorrect. I requested and received new passwords 5 times from Norton but each time Norton says my username/pwd combo is wrong. I'd like to put my laptop on my account. I had to login to this forum via Facebook. I've been trying to resolve this for the better part of 2 hours. I'm stuck and frustrated.
