Password resetting

Hi,
I bought NMS from employee promotion. After updating the app to new version i am unable to login as i forgot the password. I tried to reset by entering my email address but i could not get the link to reset the password. Please guide

I'm not entirely sure I understand your problem so please do come back and put me right if I am going in the wrong direction.

 

I gather that you have recently upgraded Norton Mobile Security (NMS) to version 3.0.  If this is the case then I believe that the way to find out the unlock code for your device is to log in to the mobile security site and view it or change it from there.  To gain access to the mobile security site you will need to enter the email address you use with your Norton account and your Norton account password.  If you have forgotten your Norton account password then just give them your email address and if it is an email address associated with a Norton account then Norton will send you a link to reset your password,

 

If you enter an email address for your Norton account and ask for a password reset, but do not receive a link from Norton there are two likely reasons.  The first is that this is not the email address you registered your Norton account with - try another email address.  The second is that the email from Norton has been routed to your Spam folder - so you might like to check there.
