Password safe Recovery Key numbers

I changed my password and when I completed the task, I recieved the get Recovery Key screen. The number I recieved only has 14 numbers and and it should have 16? It doesn’t work without the othere two numbers. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Norton Password Manger → Windows 11/10?

Vault access recovery → Manage

Create new recovery key
Generated on Jxx xx, 2025 at xx:xx PM This will disable your previous key.
