I was running NIS 2012 on a Win8 64-bit computer, and just installed NIS 2013.
For some reason my Norton account password no longer works, and I can't find out how to re-set it.
Also, I just ran Live Update, but Firefox is stil reporting that the Norton Identity Safe toolbar is incompatible with Firefox. I could use some help!
