Passwordless Vault

Passwordles vault unlock is not being sent to my iphone.
Notifications are on.
Windows 11 laptop and iphone 13 have been restarted.
When I request passwordless vault unlock the circle keeps going round and round.
Wifi is strong.
IOS updates are current.

Have you changed your phone since setting up Passwordless unlock? If so, you have to set up the Passwordless unlock again for the new phone. It is not the phone number used to access the phone, but the serial number of the Norton Password Manager app installation on that phone.

Did you every have it working correctly? If so, can you think of anything that might have changed or updated around the time it stopped working?
What browser are you using?

The only thing that comes to mind is I changed my wifi password several weeks ago after being prompted by Norton to do so. Since then I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, laptop and phone. I’m sure this problem is probably due to my lack of understanding of the program.
My subscription is up in July and I’m thinking I will try another antivirus protection that hopefully is less complicated. Thanks so much for you help and input.

Although it is the same phone, if you reinstalled the NPM app on that phone, you still have to set up the Passwordless Unlock again. Reinstalling gives the app’s installation a new serial number. Which as I noted above is what NPM needs to connect to the phone for the passwordless unlock.
