I recently went into Norton Mobile Identity Guard using my cell and proceeded to mark my favorites. I marked approximately 6-8 entries using the "star" symbol to establish my "favorites" list. Upon completion of the task I attempted to use one of the entries from the favorite list and noticed that the user name appeared on the log-in page but not the password. So I was unable to sign in. I then tried several others but had the same results. I then went into my "favorites" list and found that all the passwords marked with a star were absent of passwords, they had been deleted. These were Norton generated passwords. I then went to my desk top and found that all the passwords were present there. So I re-entered them in my cell and as of now they are still on my desktop and again on my cell. FYI
