My dad uses the password manager vault, today it has asked him to create a new password with 12 characters which he has done but he says now there are no passwords in the vault anymore. Can you help?

Yes, he changed the password when it prompted him to but now none of his saved passwords are there.
Sounds like Dad is logging in to another/new vault?
Vault credentials are stored in the cloud.
So, unless Dad deleted his vault??

Was Dad prompted to change Norton account password or vault password??
He says it definitely isn’t deleted as mum still has access to it on her laptop. But on his it will only accept the new login details not the old ones.

ther is a bug in the windows 10 and windows 11 if you password is not the same it can forget the gode evry 3 day they are trying to fix it now they got a hot fix out to chrome but i dont now if it works but it is stil in the testing fase
