Passwords not filling in

I have Norton 360 20.3.0.36

 

And Chrome 25.0.1364.152 m

 

And Firefox 19

 

 

Norton is no longer reliably filling in my passwords. Most of the time the password and login fields are left blank. Sometimes the login/username will fill in but not the password. Every now and then Norton does what it is supposed to do and fill in the details for me. 

 

I'm tired of battling this thing. I've updated Norton many times but still the problem persists. 

 

Is this a general problem. Can it be fixed?
