I was in a continuous loop resetting my passwords. I kept getting errors like "check my credentials', or "network error check my connection"[I am paraphrasing here]. My norton acct login page would change immediately to a page asking for my email for a reset email when I already had the reset password. It would not allow me to input the password. I had to work extremely fast before the page changed so I could type in the info...very strange indeed. Why weren't my passwords accepted to begin with and why was I told I had no profile? This password has worked for months! This does not instill confidence
