What browser? browser version number?
What Norton Password Manager version number?
Did you try device restart?
Did you try Sign Out => Sign In?
Did you try reinstall Norton Password Manager?
it works fine you just cant open it right now buy mobile it is a bug norton is working on it you can only open it buy code to the password manager right now
try download norton clean and see if all in it is ok in install program now it work to mee
