We have released a patch for EAP Channel builds 22.21.5.41 & 22.21.5.44 available through LiveUpdate.
To apply the patch, simply run LiveUpdate from 22.21.5.41 or 22.21.5.44 builds [EAP Channel]. You will see a few updates download and apply. Keep running LiveUpdate until it asks you to apply the patch to the updated build. Once you apply the patch, you will be running the new build.
Note:
- Ensure your PC’s display drivers are up to date.
- This feature is available only for EAP testers with Operating System Locale and Language as United States (English).
What are the changes in this patch?
- Norton Crypto is a brand new feature integrated into the product that shows up for selected set of EAP customers based on meeting list of PC’s hardware eligibility requirements.

Note:
- You may need to run LiveUpdate and reboot a few times before your product is completely updated to the latest version.
- Ensure your PC’s display drivers are up to date by running ‘update driver’ checks in device manager.
- Norton 22.21.5 supports Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, 8.1 and Windows 10
- This update is not available for maintenance mode OSes (Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 with no service pack)
