Hi: I am trying to connect a patriot "Box Office" media extender through a switch to my win 7 64 bit system. My media extender shows network traffic to the win 7 system and reports a logon successful to me. It accesses the correct workgroup and machine name but is unable to display the list of files which I have enabled for sharing on my Win 7 machine. Patriot support tells me that Norton is blocking the final communication step.
Has anyone seen this before. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can reconfig NIS2010 to enable this media extender to fully connect.
