I'm a completely new Symantec customer and noob Ghost user. I am trying to back up my C drive (no particitions, just 500Gb of which 37 Gbs are used) to DVD disks. Having trouble getting past disk 3 without it faulting out and giving me an error message and a do-over. Typically the darn thing kicks out my DVD and expects me to swap out the burned disk with a fresh formatted disk within 3 seconds. I don't have time to baby sit the thing - and even when I'm ready, I can't seem to do it fast enough.
Is there a way to increase the length of time I have to swap out the disk before it pulls back in the disk and trys to continue burning to a disk that is already full? Or possibly get it where the software prompts me with a message to do the ejecting myself when I'm ready and then reinsert a fresh formatted DVD before it tries to continue the burning process (something every game I own does during the installation process)? Please advise and thanks for your time.
