Payment of annual subscription

Dear Sir

I have been paying my subscription the last 2 years using my credit card .

Recently I recieved notice about renewing same ........

but before I could do so I find same has been extended for one year and my credit card debited!!!!?????.

I feel this should not have happened without my permission and would like to know if others have the same experience .

To some extent it represents a breach of security .

I could not find a contact mail address to send same direct to Norton and hope my problem will get resolved through this forum

Please follow the other poster's suggestion and contact Symantec Customer Support; what you experienced is the auto-renewal feature; it automatically renews your subscription fifteen days (I think) before your subscription expires and charges your credit card. However, you have the option to cancel this feature, either in your Norton account, or at the link below via a form:

Customer Support should also be able to cancel the auto-renewal feature for you.
