Payment still pending

On July 7th I ordered Norton Internet Security and I received one email about my order. Yesterday I received another mail which said I should have received another mail and activated my account, but when I look at my order it says the payment is still pending. How long does it take before it's ready?

I called them today and they said it takes a week. They gave me a link for a trial version and I should get the activation code in 2 days.

I'm glad they were able to help you, and I hope the payment/billing will be resolved in a week, as they said. Please continue keeping us posted to ensure that your problem is solved.

Also, a faster way to contact Symantec Customer Support is to use the chat feature (indicated at the link in my previous post) rather than the phone feature (especially in an emergency) :-)

I received the key code last week.
