Issue abstract: PBExpressBroker.exe threat detected by Norton 360 activity in AdobePhotoExpress.3
Detailed description:
Norton 360 detected PBExpressBroker.exe as HIGH RISK threat upon PC startup today (1/7/26). My level of knowledge is low here, but this threat is related to Adobe Photoshop Express (free version) that I installed a couple of weeks ago. I quarantined the “threat” file and now Adobe Photoshop Express does not run. All info I can find online say this file is SAFE. The Norton “Threat detected’ window states this is a HIGH RISK file that was released 20 days ago (mid to late December 2025) and is used by thousands of Norton Community members, which seems inconsistent to me. See screen captures below. Any info on this issue would be appreciated before I remove this file from quarantine, if indeed I should do so. Thanks to all for replies.
