Would like some guidance and assistance.
A desktop at the office is running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit which has PC Anywhere 12.1.0 Build 446 installed.
A laptop at home is also running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit with PC Anywhere 12.1.0 Buld 446 installed.
Dial-up is being used to establish the connection between the two computers and that works fine.
However, when I try and print a remote file to my local printer (ie: a file from the desktop which has to be printed on the printer connected to the laptop at home) - I cannot - I keep getting a "Remote Printer Port is not installed" error message.
I've reinstalled the software many times and have tried to install the printer drivers over and over and still not sure.
Would I have to upgrade to 12.5 and install 12.5 and see if that works?
