I have Win7 Home Premium on several machines. I installed PC Anywhere 12.5 build . First I discovered that there are problems with Win7 and the screen graphics being extremely slow and blocky, which is the problem I am having. So I downloaded the dll file - PCAQuickconnectDLL.dll. I followed the instructions to rename the original and copy the new one to it's place. That did not solve the problem at all. I removed the newer version of the dll and renamed the orginal back. So then I downloaded and installed the full sp2 for 12.5, again, no joy. Then I downloaded and installed the Live Update program because I found out that the Live Update doesn't install by default on Win7 machines, I downloaded it from this site, saved to desktop, ran Live Update. Now it says my PC Anywhere is up to date. Problem is when I try to run PC Anywhere I get the following pop-up error - The procedure entry point _AWSetOptionStringEX@20 could not be located in the dynamic link libary awcfgmgr.dll. At this point my PC Anywhere doesn't run at all on two machines.

I got it working - I uninstalled pcAnywhere, reinstalled it, downloaded and installed Live Update, ran LiveUpdate, now pcAnywhere is useable. Except for IE (running on the remote machine), it just flickers alot and locks up pcAnywhere. Oh well, I can live without that anyway.
